Employer Benchmarking Surveys

While there is no shortage of employer healthcare surveys available in today's marketplace (Kaiser, Hewitt, Mercer, Towers Perrin, Watson Wyatt, etc), most tend to pull their data from only very large companies.  While the information presented is often useful, it is difficult for finance or human resource executives from smaller companies to draw conclusions from this information knowing it is relative to Fortune 1000 organizations.  In addition, national surveys rarely pull data specific to local geographies. While it is nice to understand benefit plan trends in New York and California, it is local information that is most useful when performing benchmark analysis work. 

Our 2008 series of employer surveys have been developed with the assistance of various stake-holders in employer healthcare including: consultants, HR professionals, finance executives and CEO's.  We have done our best to create surveys that are quick and easy to complete, but that still provide the valuable information benefit plan decision-makers covet.  Please follow the links provided below to participate in our active employer surveys:

2008 Racine County Employer Healthcare Survey

(The survey is now closed.  Results will be distributed the first week in September)

The 2008 Racine County Survey is intended for Racine County employers with greater than 50 employees and has been endorsed by RAMAC.  The survey will capture both trend and specific information relating to Racine County employer health plans.  A 25 page results summary will be delivered via PDF to all survey participants at no cost and will break down responses by employer size as well as industry.  We are expecting over 200 companies to participate with results delivered in September.  Confidentiality will be maintained throughout this process.  Please follow the link below to participate in the survey
